As the name suggests, the Exact Match option in AutoResponder replies to messages that exactly match the received message set in the rule.

Equals the Exact Match option in AutoResponder

The Exact Match option is located in the Received Message section within a rule.

You can separate keywords with commas:

Hi, Hey, Hello

If you want to reply to a message that contains a comma, you should use the Similarity Match or Pattern Matching option.

Exact Match ignores accents, capitalization and redundant spaces in received messages. It also ignores emojis, punctuation, and some special characters if they are not explicitly used in the rule.

A special case is a * wildcard, which answers all messages.
