Starting with Android 15, there is an important change. Your phone now hides the content of "sensitive" notifications from third-party apps. This means that AutoResponder cannot read the message text (shows only "Sensitive notification content hidden") or the contact name (might show a [name_error]) of some notifications and the automatic replies are limited. Fortunately, only certain messages are affected and there is also a solution to fix the problem completely if necessary.
Android uses an algorithm to detect sensitive notifications. The idea is to protect two-factor authentication codes. However, this does not work completely reliably. The following messages may not work with AutoResponder or other auto-reply apps by default:
Messages from unknown contacts (because the chat name is the number)
Messages containing a sequence of numbers
All messages that follow a sensitive message until they are marked as read again
If this negatively impacts your use of AutoResponder, you can check this solution to fix the issue (click here).
